Garage Flooring

Transform your Charlotte garage into a well functioning and aestetically pleasning part of your home.

Epoxy Garage Floor for A hardworking and attractive garage

Is your garage currently covered by dust, stains, darkness, cracks, and clutter? It doesn't have to stay that way. Opting for decorative epoxy for your garage is a cost-effective and long-lasting solution to transform its appearance and atmosphere, while also expanding your usable living space. With garage epoxy, you have the flexibility to turn your garage into a home gym, a well-lit and tidy space for hobbies, or a clean and dust-free storage area for seasonal items, creating a versatile and personalized environment.

Unlike traditional floor paint, epoxy floor coatings comprise hardeners and resin that when combined, create an exceptionally durable plastic like material that seamlessly bonds with your concrete floor. Unlike floor paint, epoxy flooring doesn't dry; it cures in place. Once fully cured, your garage epoxy becomes highly resistant to potential damage or staining, standing up against various garage hazards, including road salt, gasoline, oil, water, hot tires, dropped tools, and heavy loads. Spills are contained on the surface, facilitating easy cleanup, and with minimal care, your garage floor epoxy will maintain its beauty for decades, looking as pristine in 20 years as it does today.

Our Installation Process

Step 1

Floor Preparation

For superior results, an epoxy garage floor coating always starts with thorough prep of the concrete substrate including mechanical diamong grinding and any necessary repairs to your concrete to address spalling, holes, cracks, and other imperfections. This process leaves a smooth yet porous surface ideal for a strong epoxy bond.

Step 2

Floor Primer

Next, we apply a high-performance garage floor epoxy. This starts with a primer that works as a moisture barrier and improves the strength of the bond.

Step 3

Floor System

Once the primer has been applier, we move onto appling 100% solids epoxy in your choice of colors and patterns with the strength to withstand all types of abuse and maintain its appearance.

Step 4

Top Coat

Final step is to apply a clear, UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. The top coat is designed to protect your new garage floor from damage, wear and tear, stain, discoloration, fading and yellowing under a direct sunlight. The topcoat is what makes your garage floor easy to clean and long-lasting.
